Recovery regression

Detect when RTO, RPO, or readiness score worsens vs the prior drill.

After each passing drill, Revenant compares RTO, observed RPO (from freshness checks), and readiness score against the previous passing drill. A ≥10% worsening in RTO or RPO — or a ≥10 point score drop — flags regression on the workflow readiness card.

• Critical regression blocks the CI recovery gate until resolved.
• Subscribe to contract.regression in Settings → Integrations for Slack, email, or HTTP webhooks.
• Use the readiness history chart to see whether regression is a one-off spike or a trend.
